A health survey was conducted on 30th
September by the students of RT Awareness cell analyzing the medical
facilities available in the Majra village.
The students showed their keen interest in
the activity by going around the village inquiring about the health care
facilities available to the people within their reach both geographically and
financially. It was found that though many private clinics have been set up,
people still prefer the government facilities because of financial reasons. What came to notice was that a lot of work still needs to be done to improve the medical facilities in the rural and inaccessible areas of the country.
